My Review:
This book is number seven in a series about the Carter girls, a group of young ladies who board with
an older grandmother. On the verge of graduation, the 6 girls head off on a spring break trip to Palm Beach, Florida, hoping to have a quiet relaxing spring break. The book is full of teenage drama with boyfriends, clothing choices, bad choices and the consequences mostly associated with the rich and spoiled….I have to admit, this book was not a favorite. It may be because I did not read the rest of the series, but I am maybe a bit more conservative than this, and I did not relate well to their struggles. I did enjoy the character D.J. in the book! Her honesty and willingness to stand up for what she believed like on the swimsuit topic that came up a few times in the book! She was funny and made mistakes, but was a real girl. -Martha
