what else? Do you think life is busy for you? For me, I was daydreaming  the other night about staying home. You know, those days when you had time and no place to go. I almost called sick this morning as I so wanted to stay home.

Yeah, I know, people say “Say no.” but for me, with four children to keep busy, it means I am busy.  Most of the time,  they are needed things. I just worry that it is too much. Basketball is tough on me. I was dreading this time of year!

So, if anyone has any really good crockpot recipes, I really need them. I am planning on trying to put some meals in the freezer and actually use them.   I really need some help here as I just  have not had time to make dinner much.

The dinner plan for this week….

Wednesday: Crock pot ribs, baked potatoes in microwave…..

Thursday: Leftover breakfast casserole and mac and cheese

Friday: Cooking day: Soup, ham and cheese rolls, cookies for the freezer, pieroski.

Saturday: Crockpot potato soup, oatmeal bread in bread machine

Sunday: Leftovers

Monday: Pumpkin Pancakes with apple topping, eggs

Tuesday:  Spicy noodles with vegetables
