I am laying here in contemplation. The house is quiet. I can choose to worry about my children at their various endeavors tonight. Or I can simply reflect on the past year, the upcoming one and all the wonderful things throughout.
This year has not been the easiest for me. But there were some high moments all the way!
Good friends….
Family…..
Lots of Theater practice…
Tons of school…
Basketball…and more basketball!
Camping…
I stepped outside my comfort zone and helped at camp this year too!
I attended two writing conferences and a writing retreat this past year! I wrote more words that were useful this year than before! Although it may be nothing compared to the prolific writers that I know, it was a big deal for me!
At ACFW conference in the bookstore…
I helped with the breastfeeding fair and promoted doulas again this year.
Then there was school, and more school. There was more basketball and even more writing!
I am thankful for all the friends and family that have been there for me this year! It has been a bumpy ride, but I am grateful and excited for the coming year! Happy New Year!
