For some reason, it has been hard and i have opened this page up several times and not know what to write.

This morning we had a MOPS meeting on Scrapbooking and had 18 ladies who came to MOPS! the room was full and we had to increase the size of our circle! It was fun though…..there was alot of different ages and one of the women announced her pregnancy. She found it humorous as she was told she was infertile and now has twins ages 2.5 and a baby 1 year old and is now expecting! There are all sorts of women there, and you are sure to hear stories of tired moms, toddler antics, spills, pickiness and anything else having to do with children.

i volunteered to take dinner to another MOPS mom tonight and was so tired, it was hard. i changed my meal plan last minute as i needed to use up some other things and made a chicken and stuffing casserole, salad, biscuits and apple cake. I also sent a jar of homemade jam. i just hope she enjoyed it! This is her third child, so she is a busy mom! i got to see the little guy and that is always fun! The apple cake is supposed to be healthy as it has some whole wheat flour and very little fat in it, yet it is really good and full of apples and applesauce.
I used this recipe, but I did not use the egg product, but used 2 eggs for the 1/4 c. egg product.

i am trying to get some organizing done this week, I think I want to start upstairs as that will go fast and do the harder rooms downstairs next. Over the holidays, I kind of got behind so things are making and multiplying little messes everywhere! Anyhow, with piano lessons, chess club, babysitting, science lessons, school, plus my doula and TEACH stuff, i am busy! You think, i would be so busy I would be too busy to get discouraged, but it has not been the case…sigh
