I have not had time to sew anything for a very long time and still have not, but I cut out a little baby dress today for someone I am sewing it for. It is a pretty red flowered print on a white background with a white collar. I think I will put some lace around the edge also.

I will have to take a picture when it is done. I have been thinking of sewing myself some skirts also. I bought a couple of sweaters I want to wear before the weather gets too warm. I do not like summer very much mainly because I cannot wear my sweaters! Anyhow, one skirt is a very faint blue plaid and the other is a black silky fabric. I just have to figure out the pattern first. I think the black silky one should just be a straight skirt, but the other I think I wanted more of a wrap skirt or maybe straighter with darts at the waist with no waistband.

That little dress sounds like it will be sweet. It is fun sewing up little girls dresses. :)

I have some sewing, I would like to do too, just have to find some extra time. :)
