I have wanted a strong food processor that could make all sorts of things as well as chop vegetables and grate cheese. It was sort of those far away someday things that I will get when….I do not know!

My sister Moriah and her husabnd surprised me with a gift card for it to buy for my birthday! It is a 11 cup Cussinart Food Processor. I just set it up and am excited (and a little scared) to use it!
You can make bread dough in a matter of seconds in it as well as chop everything imaginable! I watched part of the DVD on it and he made the pie crust, sliced the apples, mixed a custard and made the crumb topping all in it! He also made a stir fry and sliced a huge pile of chicken in it, by slightly freezing the meat before you slice it.

Maria thinks I am a bit nuts…maybe I am!

Martha, what fantastic news! We’ve got a Cuisinart and it is brilliant. It’s my mum’s and dad gave it to mum when I was about 12, so it’s getting quite old but it works just like new!

I am sure you will really enjoy using it.
