Wednesday: Leftovers- Scalloped potatoes and ham, fried potatoes and mac and cheese…..not the healthiest dinner

Thursday: Bean dip, chips, homemade salsa, chicken legs, meatballs, potato chips, vegetables and dip, punch, oatmeal raisin cookies, biscotti…….

Friday: Potato soup, rolls, cookies

Saturday:
Chili over rice – steamed vegetables

Sunday: Orange chicken, broccoli with rice

Monday:
Vegetable soup, rolls

Tuesday: Taco salad<p>

I baked a bunch of cookies yesterday and made refried beans for the bean dip for dinner. It  has been awhile! But they turned out good. I did not like the salsa as much, oh well, I have some more jalapenos.
