I am sorry,  I find if I write here, then I remember what i am supposed to cook, otherwise it seems to vanish!

Wednesday: Vegetable Soup/ Ham and cheese rolls
Thursday: Gone to the State capital- Lunch in the car- ham and cheese rolls from ice chest, carrots and cookies. Dinner- Not sure yet if I should try to bring something or plan on getting a pizza or something. I will probably cut up veggies and bring stuff for salad though.
Friday: Gone to the State Capital-  Breakfast- Oatmeal, Snacks- cookies, peanut butter crackers, fruit
Saturday: Crock pot  Taco soup, tortilla chips
Sunday: Chef salad, popcorn
Monday: Tator Tot casserole, green beans, salad
Tuesday: Spaghetti, salad

Snacks for the trip:
Peanut butter crackers, cookies, ham and cheese rolls, fruit,  carrot sticks, popcorn
The cookies are made- I made oatmeal cookies and gingerbread men tonight. I will put them in the freezer for Thursday and Friday.   I bought peanut butter crackers and we have tons of carrots.  I also bought oatmeal packets for breakfast, so hopefully we can find some boiling water at the motel, but it might be a late breakfast, rather than an early one as we have to be at the appt. at 8 am.
