Wednesday:
Leftovers, sweet potato and salad.
Thursday:
Fried rice with vegetables and chicken.…..(I used most of the vegetables I could find in the fridge and made this yummy dish)

We also made some Banana bread with Coconut Sugar as an experiment. It turned out well too!
Friday: 
Crock pot/shredded meat, potatoes, salad
Saturday:
Shepherds Pie, green beans and applesauce
Sunday:
Garlic pasta, popcorn
Monday:
Enchiladas, spanish rice, cut up vegetables
Tuesday:
Baked potatoes with chili
