This is a week of weeding out things and getting rid of things…..we have tons of potatoes to use up, so it may be a week of potatoes as well!

Wednesday: Hasselback Potatoes, Spinach salad with chicken

Thursday: Crockpot beef stew, bread in bread machine (hopefully potato bread)

Friday: Potatoes and sausage, peaches, salad

Saturday: Homemade chicken strips and oven fries, vegetables and dip

Sunday: Leftovers, cookies, popcorn

Monday: Chicken and dumpling soup

Tuesday: Chicken gravy over mashed potatoes, cabbage salad

I feel bloated just looking at the menu, but I will mostly eat the salads and I will be fine!!! Those boys will eat lots of potatoes!!!

Meanwhile, I am working on weeding out anything extra so that cleaning will be much easier as there will not be much left to clean!!!
