Wednesday: Broiled Chicken legs, pasta dish (I took large shell pasta and cooked them, tossed them with a spicy spaghetti sauce I made and finely grated Italian cheese mix and baked it until it was hot), grainy garlic bread, watermelon and butterscotch brownies. I had to take a meal to someone and this is what they go too.
Thursday: Salad with chicken and vegetables, hot dogs for those who do not want salad
Friday: Turkey Tettrazzini, Spinach/tomato soup
Saturday: Mini BBQ meatloaves, mashed potatoes, carrots
Sunday: Whole wheat pancakes, cherry syrup, eggs- popcorn for snack
Monday: Shish Kebobs, couscous pilaf (I am going to try it!!) spinach salad with apples and tomatoes
Tuesday: BBQ chicken, coleslaw, oven fries
