Wednesday: Chicken, potato soup with bread (I made a big pot last night and we ended up eating leftovers from the  night before so this is for tonight. I will make fresh bread though)
Thursday: Stir Fry and rice (Probably beef, broccoli and carrots)
Friday: Crockpot Salsa-chicken-and-black-bean-soup
(i am going to try this recipe and see how i like it, how many of you think I can actually stick to the recipe?)
Saturday: Potato pancakes, applesauce, sausage
Sunday: Beef tacos (meat and peppers), with toppings on corn tortillas, spanish rice (i am going to put the meat in the crockpot and the rice in the oven before church….my husband is home so it is safe.)
Monday:  Enchiladas, rice, salad
Tuesday: Beef stew, biscuits
