I never make New Year's resolutions, but I woke up this morning thinking about some things and am really determined that I have to work harder on making some money from our home so that we can save some money.

I have this dream about the house and what I want to do with it and unlessI start to save some money, I will never accomplish my goal.

#1 Move our mobile home onto a basement on a small piece of land

#2 Finish the basement with 4 rooms- 2 bedrooms, 1 storage room- exalted linen closet (I want to make a room with shelves that completely line the walls with no windows. I would probably leave the concrete open in that room and make part of it bins of potatoes and shelves for canned goods etc. Part would be finished with shelves for sheets, coats, boots and winter and summer storage) Then the 4th room is the big idea that I dream about. A room that has padded walls and floor with a climbing wall on one wall, a small trampoline or 2, some bars and rings for climbing or other things so the boys can run, jump, climb and all the stuff they need to do in order to be boys without hurting themselves (hopefully) or anything else.

I know I am dreaming, because our income is barely enough to sustain us at the moment, but I am thinking if there was some way to do it, I could pay the payment I am paying to rent this lot for the land, we could do it. I just would have to find a way to get money to buy the land and make the basement, sewer, well and at that fun stuff. Then of course, expenses for moving and all the things that cost money while moving.

Well, a person can dream, can't they?

Or you could all start praying with me as it really is not good for the boys to live here. The neighbors are not very nice and they cannot go outside all summer unless I am out with them. So, you could pray for a miracle

#1 A job I can do from the house that makes enough money for us to live and save for this. #2 The right land for the right price

#3 For me not to stress already about summer coming
