and I am so ready for a vacation. I have been trying to still teach school in a fog of sleepiness, in spite of some good nights sleep. I am fighting off a cold, that seems to come and go, but yet, hang around. I have stacks of books to read, school books to finish, lessons to teach, and yet all I want to do is curl up with a book or movie and veg out!

This morning, the boys watched a WW2 movie, did reading, math games on the computer and we have sadly ignored our other subjects. I am not happy with myself!

Here is our menu plan for the week:
Yesterday I made roasted vegetables with tortellini that was really yummy! It has yellow summer squash, peppers and tomatoes roasted in the oven with some oil, garlic and salt and mixed in the pasta with pesto.

Wednesday: Meat and potato hash, carrot chips
Thursday: Sweet and sour chicken legs, rice, Asian coleslaw
Friday: Italian pasta toss, salad
Saturday: Beef stroganoff, green beans, noodles
Sunday: Leftovers, cookies, popcorn
Monday: Meatball subs
Tuesday: Shredded chicken tacos
