this week. My husband really liked these meat turnovers that he had in Russia, but when I made them once, they were such a pain to make and are deep fried, so I have not made them since. A friend from church told me a secret to making them much easier.
She said with using raw tortillas, which you could use tortilla dough instead yourself and then you grind up an onion with a bit of water, until it is onion mushy juice and mix it with ground beef. Spread on one half of the tortilla, seal edges with water and fry……
So, we will try it!!!
