H.  had a Tic-Tac-Toe cake! his cousins came over to celebrate along with some of my cousins! that is his cousin L. in the picture.  I made his cake! The frosting was really good, made out of whipped cream! they played board games and did a puzzle. We had snacks- cheese and crackers, nachos, salsa, and popcorn.

P.  had a checkerboard cake. His Aunt bought him a store bought cake and the store made it special for him as they did not have anything this neat in the book. We bought candies for the checkers! We were at my mom’s birth center for the birthday party.  We had nachos  there also with salsa along with the cake.
I just can’t believe both of my boys are getting so big!  They are both playing spring soccer this year again for the next few weeks. They really enjoy it!  All the running back and forth is great for them!

My oldest LOVES checkers…I'll have to remember that. Although I imagine he wouldn't let any of us eat some until he played a game of checkers with it first!

    Love,
    Marsha

What delicious looking cakes! I'm sure the boys enjoyed them too. :) Belated happy birthdays to them. They do grow up fast, don't they?? :(
