We got our first good snow yesterday! We got over 3 inches! It has been cold too! We have not put the winter tires on as I hope that it melts and goes away…..I hate driving in the winter!

I have a bunch of tomatoes to can! Why is it that when it snows it does not seem like you should have to can anymore? They are all over my kitchen floor right now so I really need to take care of them before I get tons of fruit flies.

Weird– I would never think one could put fresh tomatoes and SNOW in the same paragraph! :-)

At least you’ll be a good little ant and be stocked up for the winter. There is a certain satisfaction in having a full pantry and freezer, isn’t there?

Have a great day– and have fun canning!

    Love,
