I thought I should write down a meal plan for the rest of the week. One of my wonderful friends brought me the last meal on Friday, and I am back to cooking. I have to say I feel so tired….it is hard. I think we are going to stick to fairly simple meals though, maybe not the healthiest.

Saturday:
Hot dogs, baked potatoes with sour cream and cheese, beets and peaches
Sunday:
Birthday party for dinner/snack and then we will have popcorn later
Monday:
Spaghetti/sauce, garlic bread- vegetable like frozen vegetables.
Tuesday:
Broccoli cheese soup, breadsticks

I hope I can do this! I am generally someone who moves quickly and speeds around and I feel like I am caught in a slow moving machine.
