Well, since I do not measure much for soup this may be hard! Last night I took 1 1/2 qts. chicken broth, 2 c. broccoli diced fine, and cooked until tender. Then I blended 3 c. milk with about 3/4 c. flour and added it to the boiling broth. I blended a bit of the bigger chunks in the blender. Then I added about 1 c. grated cheddar cheese. Season to taste!

I made a big salad and a german puff pancake recipe that was on my friends blog. I topped that with peaches that had been in the freezer! It was a not very sweet dessert, but gave us alot of protein also as it has alot of eggs in it.
