This week has been an emotional up and down. My sister Mishael was pregnant with triplets and it has been a difficult pregnancy. One of my sister’s put it this way “This has been the longest and shortest pregnancy of your life.”
We were always on pins and needles wondering if we should be excited or apprehensive. We seemed to alternate best. After she had laser surgery on her placenta, things seemed to go well for a time, and then suddenly last Thursday, things went downhill. We found out two of our little nieces went to heaven.

This last Friday morning, very early, they all came to this world. Mishael was able to have a natural birth, which was amazing for her, a prayer answered we did not think that would be answered. Our little one Ellina Joy…..is fighting still for life and at this point doing pretty well. She is so tiny, so fragile looking.

She is actually breathing on her own, and on a CPAP for apnea…
Here she is getting a taste of breastmilk!

Such a tiny little one. I’ll be praying for the family–I can’t imagine how difficult this must be for everyone

My first son was born at 5lbs 3 oz, and 4 son 4lbs 10oz. They are now 31 and 26. We prayed then for them and well be praying for this blessing also.
