Wednesday: Hot dogs….i know…not a healthy dinner at all.

Thursday: Chicken with mushrooms and peppers, with rice pilaf

Friday: Beef Stew, bread

Saturday: If I make it home from the auction to eat dinner….breakfast for dinner, Whole wheat pancakes and eggs with fruit

This is the one I have done that I really like to make! It is from the Bosch cookbook!

Put 1 c. of milk and 1 c. whole wheat kernels into Bosch blender.

Blend 4 minutes on speed 2.

While blending, add:
2 eggs
2 Tbs. honey
1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Pour onto hot, lightly oiled griddle. Cook until bubbly. Flip. Remove from griddle when cooked through and serve with syrup and butter. Serves 4-5.
If you do not have a Bosch blender, substitute 1 1/4 c. freshly milled flour for the 1 c. wheat kernels. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well; cook as above.
Sunday: Leftovers

Monday: Sweet and Sour meatballs with peppers and rice, steamed broccoli

Tuesday: Mish-Mash- Pasta with ground beef topped with colored peppers, sauteed with  minced garlic and topped with shredded jack cheese and diced fresh tomatoes and coarse sea salt. It is yummy, even if it sounds strange!
