I had to spend extra on birthday food last week, so this week, hopefully we can cut back a bit! I am trying to use stuff in the freezer and fridge and only buy a few things. Here is what I came up with. Last week did not go like I planned so some things are repeats…..

Wednesday: Pork chops, Twice baked potatoes, salad, Oatmeal rolls

(I may make some potato soup for someone else too. I need to get busy or I might try these Twice baked Taco potatoes)

Thursday: Pasta Alla Pastora

Friday: Celebration Chinese lunch -finishing up our series on China

Dinner can be simpler for that…..Sandwiches and fruit

Saturday: Pepperoni pizza rolls, salad

Sunday: Funeral- plan food for funeral and cook for it. I am not sure what I am making yet.

I decided on Baked Ziti, salads, rolls, and assorted desserts with some snack type foods for people who are not that hungry.

Monday:

Waffles and canned peaches, sausage (Make extra for the freezer)

Tuesday: Japanese Ramen noodles with vegetables.
