I can’t make a recipe the way it should be….I guess!
I made this recipe below which I got off a blog
Buttermilk Oatmeal Muffins

Here is how I made it….

Buttermilk Oatmeal Muffins
1 cup Quick Oats
1 cup plain yogurt
1 egg beaten
1/4 c. sugar
1 T. molasses
2 T. vegetable oil
3. T. applesauce
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 T. flax seed
1 t. maple flavoring
1 t. cinnamon

1. In a bowl, soak oats in yogurt for 15 minutes
2. Stir in egg sugar, oil, and applesauce
3. Combine flour, flax seed, baking powder, baking soda and salt; stir into oat mixture just until moistened. Add spices and flavoring
4. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 3/4 full
5. Bake at 400 for 16 minutes or until muffins test done.
6. Cool in pan 5 minutes; remove to wire rack.

They were really good!
