Wed- Spaghetti, meatballs, salad, apple crisp
Thursday– Leftovers
Friday-Chili, cornbread
Sat-Roast beef, gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli
Sun-Enchiladas, rice, salad
Mon-Egg McMuffins, fruit (We’ll see this is still up in the air, I did not want to pay $2 for 6 english muffins and they were out of turkey ham, in the kind I buy. I may do leftover chili over rice otherwise)
Tues- Beef tacos

I did this super speed grocery shopping trip. I got an extra whole chicken as they were .59 a pound for whole chicken, 2 boxes of cereal for $1.79 as I had a buy one get one free coupon, and some other good deals. Anyhow, after that I raced home, picked up the boys and took them to the library. The younger boys went on a short field trip of the library, listened to a story and then we headed out for bible study.
It was a busy day! When I got home I was too tired to fix dinner so we had leftovers of various sorts. Taco salad, spaghetti and meatballs, and broccoli soup and even some potato soup was on the menu along with the old standby of peanut butter and jelly if someone was not full, or just for good measure.

We finished off the rest of the apples with making a small apple crisp on Wed. H. cut, sliced and peeled the apples and I topped them. He really loves to cook!
Anyhow, I really need to go to bed or I am going to catch a cold! Tomorrow is another busy day!
