Well, it is a new week again and we have another week of menus to plan. I have to clean out the fridge today so hopefully we can use lots of stuff from the fridge. I realized I have a whole bunch of cottage cheese so I am going to see if any of it is good and try to use it up. I found a recipe for a cheesecake like pie with cottage cheese and I also have some roll recipes and pancakes.

Wednesday: Vegetable beef soup, homemade rolls
Thursday: Lasagna, salad
Friday: Hamburger and french fry casserole, green beans
Saturday: Cabbage meat dish, mashed potatoes
Sunday: Taco salad,
Monday: Spanish rice skillet dish, vegetable
Tuesday: Bierocks, mashed potatoes, salad

I hope things go smooth this week with meals!!!
