Easy Stuffed Mushrooms
Are you looking for an easy appetizer to serve? These Mushrooms fit the bill! A long time family favorite, they go together in a matter of minutes.
Whole mushrooms- stems removed
Salsa
1″ Cheese slices
Remove the stems from mushrooms, wipe off the caps with a paper towel. Place stem side up on a baking tray.
Fill each cap with salsa and place slice of cheese on top of each. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbly about 10 minutes. Serve!
I’m not a mushroom person, but those do look easy. :)
