About my meals at least? I am not sure if my growing boys will let me, or my budget!
Wednesday: Salad with chicken, oranges, peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, and chow mein noodles
Thursday: Hot dogs, oven fried potatoes, vegetables
Friday: Bean burritos, carrot sticks
Saturday: Chicken corn chowder, bread
Sunday:  Scalloped potatoes, potato salad for potluck or dessert…. something I can make the night before mostly.
Monday: Chinese Chicken and rice casserole, salad
Tuesday: Boiled potatoes and peas, salad

Bake cookies
Make snacks for boys- granola bars, granola….buy extra milk for homemade yogurt
