And cold temps for this time of year! School was canceled for my husband this morning because of the bad roads and here I am have to go out in them to try to get my windshield wipers fixed! It does not work to drive in blizzards without them!

Yesterday we were supposed to have chili over rice, but I did not make enough chili or the boys are growing or whatever so Fred made a huge pot of soup with potatoes, carrots, onions etc. for dinner and we ate the rest of the other leftovers as well. I am not sure if we will stick to our menu tonight or not as I am tired of chicken!
But really, I am having pictures of what life will be like in a few years as our fridge emptied fast right now! That is why they are learning how to cook!
