I started babysitting a three month old baby girl two days a week this week. I think I forget how much time a baby takes already! Well, part of it is feeding formula is very foreign to me, I have never really done it before so I am learning about all the ills of formula. My, I am so glad I was able to nurse!!!

Anyhow, I have her from 6:20-4pm so it was a long couple of days and I am really tired. Then soccer today, I was very cold, somehow I thought it was warmer out than it was and it was very cold still! I am ready for it to warm up just a bit! i feel like we missed spring and am afraid that in a couple weeks it will go straight to summer.

Wednesday: Leftover sloppy Joes
Thursday: Italian soup/ breadsticks
Friday: Macaroni and cheese- salad
Saturday: Baked chicken, Rice, salad
Sunday: Chicken noodle Soup/ Bread
Monday: Parmesan chicken, spaghetti, salad
Tuesday: Chicken Enchiladas- spanish rice, salad
I read a recipe where you make Macaroni and cheese and grind up cooked cauliflower in the cheese sauce so I thought I would try it!
The Italian soup has Italian sausage (ground turkey with sausage seasoning), potatoes and spinach in it. We will see how it turns out! I am supposed to bring dinner to someone, so we will see if I have to make something else. I hope it is good!
I grew up in warmer climates. Soup in June is a strange concept to me but we are still having it, too.
