It is spring time and it finally means that I get to take a few walks here and there. The sun was shining today, I heard it may snow tomorrow!

I have been struggling with many things, like feeling motivated in teaching the boys and it reminded me that sometimes we have to do things we do not want to do.

For me, I started having severe eye pain on and off since Oct. and after an eye exam found it was from lack of sleep. Since then, switching my schedule to going to bed early has helped, but some mornings, I lay in bed and wish I could put my head under the covers and crawl back under.

The other morning, I instead found myself singing a song and making myself move and get out of bed anyhow!  It wasn’t easy, but we have been getting school done. I would love some good math drill ideas though as I am out of ideas!

Wednesday: Homemade creamy Mac and cheese with vegetable pasta

Thursday: Leftover potato soup, Artesian Bread

Friday: Chili in crock pot, cornbread, salad

Saturday: Baked potatoes with leftover chili on top….salad

Sunday: Leftovers, Banana bread, popcorn

Monday: Make Ahead Spinach Pasta bake, with Olive Garden Breadsticks

I will have to make it without the spinach for the boys who do not eat green  in it, but I love the carrot puree in the sauce.

Tuesday: Honey Roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, salad
