The Baked potato soup was excellent last week! It was a little richer than what we are use to and will certainly not be a regular soup, but we all enjoyed a treat! Everything was really good that we had last week. On Monday we did not have tacos, we had leftovers instead and we had tacos last night which were excellent.
I got a bunch of Skippy Peanut Butter this week for $1 a jar so we bought 10 jars and I can only hope it will last a month! Do your families go through that much peanut butter? I guess it is what I get for not eating much meat!
Yesterday for a school project we made cookies, my 9 year old had to read the recipe and double it. We were adding fractions in math so I thought this was a good way to show why you need it! We made these Whole wheat Chocolate Chip oatmeal cookies, but we used Mint chocolate chips that I got for .25 awhile back and part butter. I stuck some in the freezer for later! The mint made them so good!

We love PB but definitely do go through that much in a month! Even if it is yummilicious– especially mixed with honey… Mmmmm…

Your meal planning is very inspiring! I need to do that for this coming week… and hopefully stick to it. We always eat better with a plan– and I am much less stressed!
