I am so frustrated at myself right now! i forgot something really important today and there is nothing i can do about it. Oh, well! It will work out! I forgot to put an ad in the paper today i was supposed to do!
I have to try to use up all the potatoes, so am trying to put them in our meals, but I am so tired of potatoes! But thankful, very thankful for them!

(Note- found out we actually used up all the potatoes!!! Wow! That is alot of potatoes!)

Wednesday: Mini Meatloaves and mashed potatoes, salad
Thursday: Shepherds Pie
Friday:  Steak tacos with peppers
Saturday: Corned Beef, cabbage and mashed potatoes
Sunday: Corned beef grilled sandwiches, or grilled cheese with vegetables and dip
Monday: Beef Stew, bread
Tuesday:  Leftovers
