I ended up not having time to really do grocery shopping last week, so we made do, but our menu was a little different than I planned. I was craving vegetables when I went to the store today! The cucumbers looked pathetic though….but we got some things.

Wednesday:
Spicy Asian style peanut noodle dish- basically cooked noodles, meat, peppers, peanuts, cilantro, and some spicy peppers and spices. It was good!

Thursday:
Winter Baked Ziti, salad
Cottage cheese Fluff….

Friday:
Potatoes, Cube deer steak, salad, Sea Weed salad.

Saturday:

French Dip, salad, leftover cottage cheese salad

Sunday:

Leftovers, Chocolate Oatmeal Bars, Piroshki (filled with mashed potato and onion)

Monday:
Tortilla Soup, cornbread

Tuesday:
Spanish rice with meat in it, salad

Some friends gave it to us and while it sounds weird, looks a little odd, it is yummy!
