Wednesday: Oven Fried Chicken, oven fried potatoes, green beans and biscuits
Thursday: I have to make sauce, but I am thinking like a big spinach salad with cucumbers, tomatoes, apples and homemade dressing.
Friday: I think the boys will be gone with Fred camping as it stands now, so we will see
Saturday: Pizza, salad
Sunday: Pasta, sauce, salad
Monday: Stew, bread
Tuesday: Taco salad- cookies
I have not made oven fried chicken in a long time, but it turned out really well. The chicken was really moist and tender and the outside crunchy!
Swimming lessons start next week so hopefully i can plan quick easy meals, that can be ready when we get home as lessons are 4:45-5:15 in the evening so the water is nice and warm hopefully!
I have to make sauce for them to take with on their camping trip, buy stuff for vegetables and dip as well as maybe buy or make rolls. Fun and busy day tomorrow!
