I have sadly been slacking on my meal planning. But am ready to get back on the wagon!  Keeping things simple is my motto! 

Tuesday:  Grilled Chicken Souvlaki Gyros

Wednesday: Baked Chicken parmesan, spaghetti and salad

Thursday: Chicken Tamale Pie, salad

Friday: Stir fried noodles with Thai peanut sauce 

Saturday: Crock pot stew

Sunday: Leftovers, cookies, popcorn

Monday: Crock pot shepherd’s pie

Tuesday: Skillet steaks, homemade mac and cheese, salad
