"How do you make the hamburger french fry casserole? Do you use potatoes or like bagged fries? I’m trying to come up with some new recipes that are simple because I’ve been starting to get sick of the same old stuff and with the baby growing I’ll probably get more hungry soon.-PBRfans"

It is really easy, not the healthiest, but easy. French Fries are on sale at Super One tomorrow for only .98, so I am going to be able to make this. It is one of the boys favorite dinners.

In 9 x 13 pan spread 1 lb. browned ground beef, if you feel like it, you can add corn or green beans. My boys do not like it, but F. and I do, so I do it on part of it sometimes. In a glass measuring cup mix 1.5 c. milk, 1.5 T cornstarch, salt and pepper. Heat until thickened and bubbly. Add about 1c.- 1.5. c. grated cheddar cheese. Taste for seasoning.
Pour over ground beef in pan. Top with one 2 lb. bag of Crinkle – cut fries or curly fries. Bake at 400, until bubbly and fries are browned and crispy. Usually like 30 min.
It is similar to Tator-tot casserole, but we like it better. We usually eat it with ketchup and serve with a vegetable.
By the way the question above was asked by my cousin who is expecting her second baby! Yay! Anyone have any good easy meal ideas that are different, let her know!
