These were not my favorite, but they were good for snacking!

Oatmeal cookies

1 c. butter softened
1.5 c. sugar
4 eggs
2/3 c. molasses
3.5 cups whole wheat flour
2 t. soda
2 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
4 c. oatmeal
1 c. raisins or chocolate chips

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix first three ingredients and then add dry ingredients, except for oats. Add oats and raisins or chocolate chips.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.

    They look good. I can never get my oatmeal cookies to stay together, they are always crumbly. I guess that’s why I don’t make them too often. lol
