Belteshazzer  had the feast to end all feasts? I think this was the week to end all weeks. I felt like I could just simply stop and not care about anything a couple times this week.

What do you do when you are absolutely so stressed and overwhelmed?

For me, I usually just keep powering on, but this week, I felt like I couldn’t. It was so hard, emotionally and physically.  I really needed some support from others and felt like I got let down, and instead they expected me to be there for them.

It was ironic or good timing that some books arrived in the mail called “Setting boundaries with difficult people” and another one about getting rid of worry and stress.  I think both of those are going to be good!
