unless I find more books to giveaway…..this one is a bit different…..
Healer by Linda Windsor
Her mothers dying prophecy to the chieftain Tarlach OByrne sentenced Brenna of Gowrys to twenty years of hiding. Twenty years of being huntedby the OByrnes, who fear the prophecy, and by her kinsmen, who expect her to lead them against their oppressors. But Brenna is a trained and gifted healer, not a warrior queen. So she lives alone in the wilderness with only her pet wolf for company. When she rescues a man badly wounded from an ambush, she believes he may be the answer to her deep loneliness. Healing him comes as easy as loving him. But can their love overcome years of bitterness and greed and bring peace and renewed faith to the shattered kingdom?

An author I read a lot is Margaret Daley-she writes such warm loving stories.
My all time favorite author who I read and reread and reread is Melody Beattie. She has helped me tons!! I was a total codependent and really needed to set and keep some serious boundaries. WIth her help I have been able to do so.
I read Karen Kingsbury over and over when it comes to fiction.

I have read books from 5 authors that are my favorites now. Debbie Macomber over 30, Fern Michales over 25, Nora Roberts over 85, Sandra Brown over 30, James Patterson over 16. When I find a series I like I try to read them all. Sometimes it depends on what mood I am in. I have been reading for 65 yrs so this is only a drop in the bucket for favorite authors. I also love a lot of romance and historical romance authors so my list is endless.. lol
I would love to win Healer. I just discovered Christian fiction, romance authors and have been reading them for about 4 mos. It is so nice not to have to skip or skim over parts in a book that I don’t want to read. Michele Sutton, Melanie Dickerson, Carolyn Brown, Sharlene MacLaren, Deborah Vogts and more.
Thanks for this opportunity to enter.

It’s so HARD to pick one favorite author! I think mine changes every time someone asks this question. But today it’s James Herriot. He had such a way with bringing people to life in his stories.
Thank you for entering me in this drawing, I’ve always loved books dealing with Scotland, and I’ve not a drop of Scottish blood anywhere!
